I LOVE the original version of this song.  LOVE IT.  When that album first dropped I was much younger and going through one of those “my life is a mess and I am young and emotional and swear skull caps and want a certain boy to drive across the world for me”…and even though most of those feelings have passed this song still holds a special place in my heart.  So here’s to you, original version:

With his 12th solo studio album let alone all his work as part of a little duo you may have heard of called Simon & Garfunkel Paul Simon is making me sway with his new single.

I love it. And I haven’t truly loved anything he’s done since Graceland.  Then again, that entire album knocked it out of the park and it is one of my all time faves (and note I said AFTER Graceland please).

He’s hitting 70, so now he’s singing about death.  Not a surprise.
